The module File and occupation generator allows the quick creation of new files and occupations based on models containing default values. A quick, secure and easy-to-use tool for administrative and management centres, from a decentralization perspective.

 

PAIE and GRH - Positions series
Positions management, Staff planning, Assignment sessions and Salary mass follow-up

This series of modules simplifies the management of human resources information by taking into account its impact on remuneration data. A link between the position and the occupation is established and the various functions support the work of the interveners in both sectors.
Positions series is a highly efficient tool, perfectly integrated to PAIE and GRH.

 

PAIE and GRH - Employee schedule

The Employee schedule in PAIE and GRH provides a coloured portrait of an employee's total schedule of the past, present and future, including:

  • regular workload
  • occasional work periods
  • absences
  • availability periods

It is a quick and easy way to enter wage slip and absence payments. Also, the Employee schedule provides details for the management of pay operations and absences.
It is an indispensable consultation and data entry tool encompassing a summary of an employee’s activities.

This software is an efficient tool for the management of redeemable fringe benefits respecting the provincial and/or local agreements.

Oversize class management software

GDE can quickly and easily manage oversize-class compensation owed teachers. The module automatically calculates the amount of compensation due based on the calculation parameters and carries out all the operations using data from GPI, if any, and from PAIE, making full use of all the features available in the Decentralization and more module.

Verification of processed data for pay calculations

The Pay verifier ensures the quality of the processed data in the pay calculation by detecting errors and anomalies in wage slip payments, deductions and salary conditions.

Security Access

Security Access' task is setting up and managing the SQL server connection accounts. These accounts abide by a set of security regulations associated with the users of the application. This allows to maintain the confidentiality of the data, to simplify the security regulations implementation and to facilitate the distribution of Microsoft ACCESS databases. 

Security Access is provided on the following products: DOFIN, GPI, JADE-TOSCA and PAIE & GRH.

 

 

PAIE and GRH - Online PAIE and GRH tutorials

The set of 52 tutorials was developed in association with the Commission scolaire de la Région-de-Sherbrooke. The tutorials are aimed at school support staff and focus primarily on the functions designed specifically for their usage, including entering payments and absences (through the DÉCENTRALISATION and HORAIRE modules), finding substitute teachers and generating files. Using these tutorials, employees can work more independently and further develop their skills with respect to data entry and various features of the PAIE and GRH system. And the application lets them access online assistance whenever and however often they feel the need.
