Security Access
Security Access' task is setting up and managing the SQL server connection
accounts. These accounts abide by a set of security regulations associated
with the users of the application. This allows to maintain the
confidentiality of the data, to simplify the security regulations
implementation and to facilitate the distribution of Microsoft ACCESS
databases.
Security Access is provided on the following products:

JADE-TOSCA and
PAIE & GRH.

PAIE and GRH - Online PAIE and GRH tutorials
The set of
52 tutorials was developed in association with the Commission scolaire de la Région-de-Sherbrooke. The tutorials are aimed at school support staff and focus primarily on the functions designed specifically for their usage, including entering payments and absences (through the DÉCENTRALISATION and HORAIRE modules), finding substitute teachers and generating files.
Using these tutorials, employees can work more independently and further develop their skills with respect to data entry and various features of the PAIE and GRH system. And the application lets them access online assistance whenever and however often they feel the need.
