Montreal, February 19, 2010 - Société GRICS is pleased to announce the appointment of Pierre Drouin as Director, Educational Technology, with the Pedagogical Products and Services Sector, and Lisa Ciale as Director, Development and Maintenance, Recreational Activities, Taxation and Document Centers, with the Administrative Systems Sector.

Pierre Drouin
Mr. Drouin has two bachelor's degrees and over 20 years of experience in the school system as a teacher, educational consultant and coordinator. During his time with Société GRICS, he has lent his expertise to a variety of initiatives undertaken by the Educational Technology division, including the Edu-group portal, for which he is the team leader. Mr. Drouin has started in his new position on February 15.

Lisa Ciale
Ms. Ciale has a bachelor's degree in management information systems and more than 25 years of experience in system development and maintenance. She has extensive expertise in identifying and analyzing needs, monitoring projects, optimizing practices and controlling the quality of deliverables. For the past eight years, she has coordinated the TFP development team. Ms. Ciale also commenced her duties on February 15.

Both Mr. Drouin and Ms. Ciale are committed professionals whose dedication, expertise and knowledge of the sector and the company will be major assets to our organization.

New head of the Development and Maintenance, Remuneration and Human Resources Systems
Ms. Ciale will be replacing Ms. Marcelle Dupré, who will be taking over as Director, Development and Maintenance, Remuneration and Human Resources Systems, following the retirement of Mr. Daniel Docquier.
