GRDS - MOBILE service request management
application now available!

in partnership with Société GRICS, this new
MOBILE application connects to your
GRDS system to provide
real-time management of service requests via BlackBerry.
This is a new wireless solution for IT and building maintenance
staff that fosters independence, flexibility, productivity and
measurable savings.

HELIOS redevelopment update
Société GRICS will continue to offer an energy management
solution to its clients and will support the HELIOS application
over the coming years, however Société GRICS will not replace
HELIOS.
HELIOS is generating a great deal
of interest, which has led to an increase in the number of its
users, and Société GRICS intends to continue to integrate new
functional elements into the application, such as the electronic
retrieval of Gaz Métro invoices.
As for the Fox-Pro platform, Microsoft Canada will support it
until 2015, providing security patches and user-paid support
until this time. However, there will be no further
upgrades to the Fox-Pro language. The fact that HELIOS
operates in the recently released Windows 7 operating system
provides an operational solution for HELIOS users.

Coming soon : online tutorials for
AVANT-GARDE
AVANT-GARDE online tutorials, developed in partnership with the
Commission scolaire de Laval, are currently being tested and
will be available in the coming months!
These 17 tutorials are accessible and user-friendly and are available via the Web. They are a great refresher for those who
have been trained on the system, and they provide users with
instructions on how to perform selected tasks.

Keystone - survey results

The survey's objective was to examine the degree of
implementation of Keystone in the organisations, the degree of
use of specific functionalities and, finally, identify and prioritize the
functionalities Keystone users wish to see developed in the
future.
A large majority of the school boards and establishments currently using Keystone
participated in the survey and 85% of the individual
participants in the survey come from the document management
sector.
The survey results will be posted shortly
on the
Keystone customer zone.
